Nigel

Managing Director. A Senior developer, business analyst and technical architect of E-Commerce, Bespoke Web Applications and Usability, with a successful record in Software Engineering and the full project lifecycle. Nigel has worked as a Developer & Team Leader for major Blue-Chip Organisations in the UK, Germany and France. Nigel brings a wealth of varied Software Engineering & technical skills to the consortium as well as solid ergonomic design experience (and SEO skills vital for eBusiness success).
Acted as principle consultant on the prototyping & usability experience (UX) for a Ajax Web application development project for Vodafone UK; as a requirements and technical B.A. on the 'Tell Us Once' web project (for the DirectGov website); as a UX consultant/developer for the Met Office's web refresh project (www.metoffice.gov.uk), and currently as a UX consultant and developer for the DVSA in a program to replace MOT computers with a 'Responsive' web service (adhering to GDS Design Principles).

Ken

Creative Director. Ken's experience in graphic design has led to a natural progression into web design where he relishes the challenge of communicating the Clients' potential. He has extensive experience, knowledge and flare with media and print services creating newsletters, direct mail, stationery, folders, reports, brochures, logo design and branding ideas and has developed a keen interest in creating designs that are truly user friendly. Ken was recently involved in re-developing E-CC's content management system as well as some consultancy work for Allianz Insurance.

Hywel

Technical Director. Hywel began work as a Software Engineer in 1978 and has operated his own company, performing bespoke software development since 1986. His background covers extensive experience in such areas as telecomms, avionics, control software, database and web software design, methodologies and development.

Rosi

Financial Director & Project Administrator. Rosi has a great deal of experience in the R&D project administration arena, working as Project Administrator in Germany for Kraft Foods R&D Europe between 1985 and 1992. Subsequently Rosi worked as a director of a UK software development firm.  In the year 2000 Rosi co-founded E-CC replica watches and provides essential drive, project administration, financial skills and communications.
